Dreams are the first step in the Monarchs process.
If you don't have a dream, you won't have a goal.
If you don't have a goal, you won't have an action step.
If you don't have any action steps, then you're stuck in a rut.
And as they say, "The only difference between a rut and a grave is the size of the hole."

Mark Victor Hansen once said, Most people don't know what they want, but they're pretty sure they don't have it."

I agree. People not only don't know what they want, but aren't willing to try and find out. They either hold themselves back or listen to other well-meaning people.

Ed Foreman says, "Why do our dreams die? The answer is many times other people. Ironically It's rarely our enemies. Very few of us would allow our enemy to stand in the way of our happiness. The problem is our friends or loved ones. A friend can do more damage than a dozen enemies."

I'll write more about discovering your dream in future articles.
